We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed!

  • Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  • Build coverage in the region, supporting agency efforts
  • Create business cases with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for expansion
  • Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
  • Develop projects and report via Salesforce
  • Conduct trainings for agencies and customers in Italy
  • Serve as Italy's reference for BLE system training and collaboration
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate with the marketing team
  • Meet targets and budgets
  • Manage relationships across channels and departments
