How Yuno will challenge you

  • Actively seeking out and targeting business clients who can benefit from the company's payment solutions.
  • Owning the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Constantly learning and researching the payments market to understand needs, opportunities, and trends.
  • Developing tailored strategies to approach and engage potential clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business clients and industry partners.
  • Leading complex negotiations with enterprise merchants and closing deals focused on long-term, mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Effectively presenting and explaining Yuno's solutions to prospects.
  • Gathering client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive B2B sales approach.
  • Monitoring sales targets and providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management.

The skills you need

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a hunter and closer role, with a strong track record in complex SaaS solutions.
  • Advanced English and native Italian language skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrable sales success, particularly in international and multicultural contexts.
  • Familiarity with customer support practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • In-depth market knowledge, especially in the payments sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Effective time management and strategic planning abilities.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • Proven self-driven mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience in payments or fintech is a strong plus.
