The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic BDManager for our Digital Power Business Unit to foster our growth especially on the PV Utility Scale segment. This is a unique opportunity to enter one of the fastest growing and most interesting sectors in the renewable energy market, being able to represent a brand with a unique value proposition in terms of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breaking-through with identified named-accounts such as EPCs, Investment Funds, Utilities
  • Strategical outlining of customer development plan
  • Retention of existing clients and improving market shares with those existing clients
  • Coordination with internal supporting platforms such as presales, supply chain, service and R&D to ensure the clients receive the necessary products, documents and support
  • Participate to industry fairs, workshops and organize events aimed to convey Huawei value proposition to target customers
We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Italy Photovoltaic Industry with particular focus on inverter and BESS solutions
  • Solid track record of sales preferably within the Utility Scale segment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
  • You love travelling frequently to meet customers both nationally and internationally
