Location: Italian office in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo)

Main responsibilities:

  1. Identify and acquire new customers in the Italian market, focusing on Project Logistics services.
  2. Plan and conduct meetings with clients.
  3. Attract, retain, and develop customer relationships, working with sales lists and meeting objectives.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts, including payment terms, and update documentation accordingly.
  5. Analyze customer needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, project-based) and record this information.
  6. Evaluate customer satisfaction and address nonconformities.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to document activities, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Skills / Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics sales.
  2. Proficiency in English.
  3. Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
  4. Deep understanding of Project Logistics transportation.
  5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  6. Proactive attitude.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
