Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase market visibility.
  • Identify and engage new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop compelling proposals and secure new projects.
  • Collect and share customer insights to inform product development and innovation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional networks to promote its expertise.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, including Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in full sales cycle processes, including prospecting and contract management.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Proactive, organized, and motivated team player.
