Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health.
  2. Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
  3. Plan and execute commercial strategies to enhance visibility and market reach.
  4. Source and engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  6. Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  7. Gather and share customer insights to inform product development.
  8. Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access on business activities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  1. Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access and product launches.
  2. Experience in strategic relationship management in the life sciences sector.
  3. Proficiency in sales processes, including prospecting and account management.
  4. Knowledge of Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
  5. Strong client interaction and influence skills with senior clients.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  2. 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  3. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and market access requirements.
  4. Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed.
  6. Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  7. Independent, motivated, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
