Responsibilities:
- Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, with a focus on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
- Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on promotional and commercial activities to increase market visibility and reach.
- Source New Clients in Target Markets: Engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes.
- Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to create compelling proposals, securing new projects.
- Gather and Share Customer Insights: Collect client feedback to influence product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Contribute to strategy and provide updates on business activities.
- Represent the Company Externally: Attend industry events and networks to promote the company's expertise.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
- Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
- Experience across the full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management.
- Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior clients effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development or related areas within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulation and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
