Responsibilities:
Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying and pursuing growth in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes.
Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams, utilizing technical expertise to secure new projects.
Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and project success.
Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy development and providing updates on activities.
Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote expertise.
Required Experience:
Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior/executive clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotechnology, or MedTech sectors.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
Proactive, organized, and independent work style.
Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude.
