Descrizione del lavoro

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management.
  • Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
  • Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
