Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
- Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
- Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
- Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
- Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
- Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
- Proven success in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
- Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management.
- Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
- Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
