Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments, especially in the US and Asia.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Source and engage new clients in target markets to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather and communicate customer insights to influence product development.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing regular updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional networks to promote expertise.
Required Experience:
  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, including Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
