Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on new markets and client segments.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Identify and engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop proposals and secure projects.
  • Gather customer insights and share feedback to influence product development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the Head of Market Access with strategic input and regular updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and industry dynamics, especially in Market Access and Patient Access.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
  • Experience in sales, from prospecting to contract management, with cross-selling skills.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Independent, motivated, and team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
