Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on promotional and commercial activities to increase the company’s visibility and market reach.
Source New Clients in Target Markets: Proactively identify and engage new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering measurable outcomes.
Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals to secure new projects.
Gather and Share Customer Insights: Collect client feedback to inform product innovation and enhancement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Contribute to strategy development and provide updates on business activities.
Represent the Company Externally: Act as an ambassador at industry events and conferences to promote the company's expertise.
Required Experience:
Deep understanding of Healthcare Technologies and industry dynamics, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
Proven success in Strategic Relationship Management within the life sciences sector.
Full sales cycle proficiency, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes and Market Access factors.
Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones and cultures.
Independent, motivated, and team-oriented professional.
