Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives to identify new markets and client segments, especially in healthcare technology.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, focusing on the US and Asia regions, to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support and report activities to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to promote expertise and build networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior clients.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Independent, motivated, and proactive with a team-oriented attitude.
