Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access and product launches.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management with proven success in life sciences.
  • Proficiency in sales, from prospecting to contract management, with cross-selling focus.
  • Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Effective client interaction and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Team-oriented with a positive work attitude.
