Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  2. Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
  3. Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase market visibility.
  4. Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  6. Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals for new projects.
  7. Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
  8. Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and successful project delivery.
  9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
  10. Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to promote expertise and build relationships.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and industry dynamics, especially in Market Access and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Independent, motivated, and team-oriented individual.
