Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
- Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase market visibility.
- Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
- Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals for new projects.
- Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and successful project delivery.
- Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
- Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to promote expertise and build relationships.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and industry dynamics, especially in Market Access and product launches.
- Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
- Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
- Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
- Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Independent, motivated, and team-oriented individual.
