Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
  • Identify and engage new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop compelling proposals and secure new projects.
  • Collect and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support the Head of Market Access with strategic input and regular updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networks to promote its expertise.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in full sales cycle management, including cross-selling.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
