Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, increasing visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather customer insights and relay feedback to influence product innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management in life sciences.
  • Proficiency in full sales cycle and cross-selling.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Independent, motivated, and team-oriented.
