Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new markets and client segments.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships within the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams.
  • Gather customer insights and share feedback with the Product team.
  • Collaborate across departments for successful project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access and Product Launches.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management in the life sciences sector.
  • Proficiency in sales cycles, including prospecting and contract management.
  • Knowledge of Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
  • Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging senior clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Independent, motivated, and organized with a proactive attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a positive work approach.
