Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
- Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
- Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes.
- Lead proposal development by collaborating with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals to secure projects.
- Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and project success.
- Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates on business activities.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and networks to promote expertise and build relationships.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
- Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
- Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
- Strong client interaction skills to engage and influence senior/executive clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder influence.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
