Responsibilities:
Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, with a focus on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on promotional and commercial activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
Source New Clients: Engage new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to create proposals for new projects.
Gather Customer Insights: Collect and share client feedback with the Product team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure project success.
Support Leadership: Collaborate with senior management on strategy and activities.
Represent the Company: Attend industry events and networks to promote the company.
Required Experience:
Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
Experience in Strategic Relationship Management within the life sciences sector.
Proficiency in sales processes, from prospecting to contract management.
Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
Strong client interaction skills with senior/executive clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
Ability to translate client needs into deliverables.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
