Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth by leading initiatives to identify new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase market visibility.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
  • Gather and share customer insights to inform product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in full sales cycle processes, including prospecting and account management.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Proactive, organized, and motivated team player.
