Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying and pursuing growth in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments that align with healthcare technology trends.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
  • Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals and secure projects.
  • Gather and share customer insights with the Product team to influence product innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and project success.
  • Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy development and providing updates on activities.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote expertise.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  • Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Full sales cycle proficiency, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
  • Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging senior/executive clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Independent, motivated, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
