Responsibilities:
Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying and pursuing growth in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
Plan and execute commercial strategies, collaborating on promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a track record of tangible outcomes.
Lead proposal development with Market Access teams, creating compelling, needs-based proposals to secure new projects.
Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and successful project delivery.
Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy development and providing regular updates.
Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to promote its expertise.
Required Experience:
Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
Ability to effectively engage and influence senior/executive clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
Proficiency in translating client needs into actionable deliverables.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.
Independent, motivated, and proactive with a team-oriented attitude.
