Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health.
  2. Drive business growth by identifying new markets and client segments.
  3. Plan and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  4. Source new clients, especially in the US and Asia regions.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  6. Lead proposal development to secure new projects.
  7. Gather and share customer insights to inform product development.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
  9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access and Patient Access.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  • Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including cross-selling.
  • Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  • Strong client interaction skills, with the ability to influence senior clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development or related roles in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Independent, motivated, and proactive mindset.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
