Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
- Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
- Source new clients in target regions such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, focusing on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals for new projects.
- Gather and share customer insights to inform product innovation and enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and project success.
- Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategic development and providing updates on activities.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and professional networks to promote its expertise.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, including Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
- Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector, with proven success in delivering results.
- Proficiency in sales processes from prospecting to contract management, with cross-selling experience.
- Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC regions.
- Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior/executive clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in sales roles.
- Strong team collaboration skills to contribute positively to the work environment.
