Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health.
  2. Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments.
  3. Plan and execute commercial strategies to enhance visibility and market reach.
  4. Source and engage new clients in the US and Asia regions.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
  6. Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams.
  7. Gather customer insights and relay feedback to influence product development.
  8. Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networks.

Required Experience:

  1. Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and industry dynamics, especially in Market Access and product launches.
  2. Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  3. Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including cross-selling.
  4. Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  5. Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  2. 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  3. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  4. Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed.
  6. Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
  7. Proactive, organized, and motivated individual.
  8. Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
