Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
  2. Lead initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
  3. Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
  4. Identify and engage new clients in target markets such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a track record of tangible outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop compelling proposals that secure new projects.
  7. Gather customer insights and relay feedback to influence product innovation.
  8. Partner across departments for cohesive project delivery.
  9. Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
  10. Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to promote expertise.

Required Experience:

  1. Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
  2. Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
  3. Full sales cycle proficiency, including prospecting and account management.
  4. Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
  5. Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
  2. 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
  3. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
  4. Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
  5. Willingness to travel as required.
  6. Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  7. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  8. Strong team player with a positive work attitude.
