Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
- Lead initiatives to drive business growth, focusing on new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
- Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
- Identify and engage new clients in target markets such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, demonstrating a track record of tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with Market Access teams to develop compelling proposals that secure new projects.
- Gather customer insights and relay feedback to influence product innovation.
- Partner across departments for cohesive project delivery.
- Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
- Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences to promote expertise.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
- Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
- Full sales cycle proficiency, including prospecting and account management.
- Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
- Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Strong team player with a positive work attitude.
