Job Description:

Absen is the world’s leading manufacturer of LED displays for indoor and outdoor applications, headquartered in Shenzhen, China. With over 2,000 employees and 18 international offices, we are committed to delivering innovative LED solutions globally.

We are seeking talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and within an international team, collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and service departments in China. A good understanding of our products and a proven track record in generating new business and maintaining accounts are preferred.

Position Summary:

In collaboration with the EU market team, this role involves coordinating and leading sales activities in designated industries, primarily for Rental and Staging LED products used in events like corporate, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual applications, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Identify and develop new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel daily to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and distributors, establishing sales territories and goals.
  7. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.
  8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to headquarters, including insights on products, marketing, sales, and service.
  9. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry situations.
  10. Coordinate communication between customers and headquarters during project implementation.

Other Duties:

  1. Host customer visits to China headquarters.
  2. Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the EU sales team.
  4. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management in the industrial or AV industry.
  3. Over 3 years of project experience related to the role’s markets, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to perform under high-pressure conditions.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in German, English, Dutch, or Italian, both written and verbal.

Note: The role requires residence in Italy, with business activities conducted within the country.
