Position Summary

This role, in collaboration with the EU market team, involves coordinating and leading sales activities within assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting-rental, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Establish annual industry business plans, including target customer strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel regularly to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals to promote the Absen brand; coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  7. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.
  8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights.
  9. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry situation reports.
  10. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project execution.
Other Duties
  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the EU sales team at HQ.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry.
  3. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role’s markets, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.
Skills and Knowledge
  1. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to perform under high pressure.
Language Requirements

Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Note: The role requires residence in Italy, and business activities will be in that country.
