The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of an international team.

The role involves coordinating sales activities in the European markets, focusing on rental and staging LED product lines for events like corporate, concerts, festivals, and virtual applications. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, identifying new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events. The position requires frequent travel within Italy to engage with local clients and partners.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration, with 5+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV. Fluency in German, English, Dutch, or Italian is required.
