A recruitment firm in Italy is looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in selling complex solutions, particularly in infrastructure and security. The ideal candidate will have an established network in the Defence and Government sectors, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, along with a willingness to travel across Europe. Non-Italian and EU-resident candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your Profile:

• Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in infrastructure & security in Italy and Europe.
• In-depth knowledge of European procurement dynamics.
• Familiarity with the Defence and Government sectors and/or the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Established network of contacts with clients, technology providers, and institutional stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and ideally in another European language (French, German, Spanish).
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, notably Benelux, Spain, France, Germany.
