We are passionate about delivering innovative LED solutions globally. We seek a dedicated, organized, self-motivated professional to help expand our brand presence, working independently and with international teams, sales, marketing, and product & service departments in China.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of products, a proven track record in generating new business, maintaining accounts, and a passion for creativity.

Position Summary

This role involves coordinating sales activities within the EU market, focusing on applications like corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and exceeding targets.
  2. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain customer relationships to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel for direct business development, engaging with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals.
  7. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.
  8. Gather and transfer customer feedback to HQ regarding products, marketing, and sales.
  9. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.
  10. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the EU sales team at HQ.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV.
  3. Over 3 years of project-related experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
  1. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Customer-oriented problem-solving abilities.
  3. Ability to perform under pressure.
Language:

Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Note: The role requires based in Italy, focusing on the local business.
