Position Summary

In conjunction with the EU market team, this position is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and leadership of sales activities in assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting-rental, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the company's strategy for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Identify new accounts for LED product sales, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Establish annual Industry Business Plans, including target customer development strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel regularly to develop business by approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  7. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
  8. Gather feedback from field activities and relay it to HQ, including insights on products, marketing, sales, and services.
  9. Prepare monthly activity and quarterly industry situation reports.
  10. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the EU sales team at HQ.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  1. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Excellent client orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.

Language:

Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Note: You need to be based in Italy, as your business activities will be within the country.
