We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Italy ().

As a Business Development Manager– Cyber Security at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific partner and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units. Your focus would be to work with our senior stakeholders and provide them with the best service to enable the grow of our future cooperation offering them the latest products in the market.

You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about new technologies. Additionally, you are confident in Marketing (events, workshops, plans) and business planning. You have true entrepreneurship and leadership spirit.

Business Development Manager– Cyber Security

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Ensure the execution of sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities
  • Plan and oversee new business initiatives
  • Research organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s Portfolio of services
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
  • Analysis and report of performance data.

What we are looking for :

  • At least 5 years of experience within sales and / or business development in IT especially in Cyber Security.
  • Business proficiency of Italian and English.
  • Good track record in business development in the distribution market.
  • Knowledge and passion about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of global trends, opportunities.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to travel 3 days per week to client’s office.
