Mission

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth, expanding business opportunities, increasing the pipeline offering, and winning contracts within an assigned services portfolio and geographical area.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in business development, sales, or related roles, typically 3-5+ years, focusing on Industrial Services and mandatory services.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and competitors.
  • Knowledge of industry, market trends, and tools like CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline and order intake.
  • Identify and add new prospects through research.
  • Negotiate and support contracts, tenders, and quotations.
  • Lead contract closing activities and document lessons learned.
  • Collaborate across departments for cross-selling and mutual opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Explore alliances and partnerships for market expansion.
