About the Company

JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. We also have locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging, with our own design and development department, serving private labels and well-known brands in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and succeed as a supplier of custom-developed packaging in Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking two proactive sales professionals for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.

Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets.
  2. Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  3. Manage sales and support processes to ensure profitability.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with European teams and colleagues in China.
  5. Report sales activities weekly and monthly.
  6. Travel for business to customer sites, fairs, or events related to our market.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (customers in cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • EU driving license.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
