JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., a production company headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. The group also has locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We focus on first-class quality, innovation, and have our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging. We are an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success as a supplier of custom-developed packaging solutions in Europe.

About the Role

We are seeking two proactive sales professionals for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.

Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen and enhance the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
  2. Build strong and effective business relationships with customers.
  3. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the European team and colleagues in China.
  5. Report sales activities weekly and monthly.
  6. Travel for business to customer sites, trade fairs, or industry events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry, serving sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • EU driving license.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
