The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth and define the company’s business development strategy in cybersecurity and anti-counterfeiting markets. You will manage a team of Business Development Specialists, set strategic goals, and drive Quantavis’s expansion through new partnerships and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s business development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate Business Development Specialists to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities and strategic markets.
  • Oversee high-level client and partner relationships, from initial engagement to long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with executive, technical, and R&D teams to align business priorities with technological capabilities and product roadmap.
  • Represent Quantavis at key industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen market presence and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in driving growth within technology-driven industries such as cybersecurity or information technology.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established professional network in cybersecurity, digital identity, or related technology markets.
  • Experience defining business strategies for international expansion.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven sales management, and performance analytics.
