We are looking for two highly proactive sales colleagues for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.

Responsibilities

Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets. Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base. Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability. Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China. Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly. Business travel to customer and to our market related fair or event

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers are sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine&spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

Required Skills

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic / allocated country and in English Solid computer skills using MS office software EU-Driving licence Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets Excellent customer service skills Excellent negotiation skills
