SupplyPoint is expanding into new and high-potential markets across France, Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead this growth, developing distributor networks, and forging long-term commercial relationships.

What You’ll Do :

  1. Identify and onboard new distribution partners and strategic accounts
  2. Deliver tailored technical demos and articulate product value
  3. Build strong relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders
  4. Support partners with onboarding, training, and market enablement
  5. Travel frequently to support in-person engagement and market development

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong technical background (ideally in industrial automation or logistics)
  • Proven success in new market entry and indirect sales channels
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages a plus)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in MS Office
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills

SupplyPoint accélère son expansion sur des marchés à fort potentiel, notamment en France, Europe de l’Est, Turquie et Moyen-Orient. Nous recrutons un(e) Business Development Manager pour piloter cette croissance : développement d’un réseau de distributeurs, acquisition de nouveaux clients et mise en place de partenariats commerciaux durables.

Vos missions :
- Identifier et intégrer de nouveaux distributeurs et comptes stratégiques
- Présenter des démonstrations techniques adaptées aux besoins clients
- Construire des relations solides avec les décideurs techniques et commerciaux
- Accompagner les partenaires avec des formations, des outils commerciaux et un soutien sur le terrain
- Voyager fréquemment pour renforcer les relations et assurer la réussite locale

Votre profil :
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement commercial ou ventes B2B
- Solide bagage technique (idéalement en automatisation industrielle ou logistique)
- Succès avéré dans le développement de marchés et de réseaux de distribution
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral) obligatoire ; autres langues appréciées
- Expérience avec les CRM (Salesforce idéalement) et outils MS Office
- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et forte orientation résultats
