We are seeking an experienced and creative Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be crafting and implementing local Business Development strategies.

- You show minimum 5+ years of proven business development experience
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Achieved a successful track record in selling tech solutions to HR
- Passion for Corporate Wellbeing is a strong plus
- An already developed network of contacts within the HR space in Italy
- High level understanding of technical matters related to system integrations
- Significant experience in engaging and facilitating dialogue with C-level and senior executives
- Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, to deliver on details as well as strategy
- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) that are leveraged to handle objections always in a constructive manner
- Ownership mindset, high motivation, goal orientation, and target-driven approach
- Fluency in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus
In this role, you will:
- Be the owner of the entire sales development unit by crafting and implementing local Business Development strategies, targeting medium / large companies
- Drive the prospects qualification and prioritization process, defining a standard methodology with detailed reporting into CRM
- Build and nurture C-Level relationships across all the portfolio assigned by the company and learn how to create / manage / convert your own leads
- Ensure to achieve ambitious targets in terms of new pipeline generated each month, having a direct impact on increasing the performance of Unobravo’s sales team
- Work along with the Marketing team to create consistent campaigns that could have a direct, measurable impact on outbound and inbound volumes
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition to inform strategic decision-making
- Be a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team
