Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, analyzing and assessing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within the FX industry.
  2. Business development and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
  5. Actively follow up on queries and provide feedback to clients promptly.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  7. Training and support will be provided.

Experience Qualification:

  1. A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management role is a MUST.
  3. Excellent oral and written English.
  4. French/German/Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage.
  5. Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role will be required.
