WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Gabriele Rizzi Lab is an international creative studio that crafts high-end entertainment, artistic direction, and experiential storytelling for luxury brands, iconic venues, and visionary partners across the globe.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in fashion, luxury, and cultural industries to support our next phase of growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A strategic, elegant mind — with a passion for creativity and the tools to turn ideas into business.

You will be in charge of building and nurturing relationships with partners, brands, institutions, and clients, bringing Gabriele Rizzi Lab’s artistic vision into new markets and opportunities.

Your profile:

• Solid experience in business development, account management, or partnerships in luxury, fashion, creative, or cultural sectors

• Deep understanding of high-end brand positioning and client expectations

• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and artistic language

• International mindset and confidence in communicating with C-level clients and luxury groups

• Proactive, elegant, organized — able to translate vision into opportunity and opportunity into results

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets

• Represent the Lab in meetings with luxury brands, fashion houses, creative agencies, hospitality groups, and cultural institutions

• Craft proposals and presentations that reflect our high-level creative language

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to align business goals with artistic vision

• Contribute to growth strategy, client retention, and international positioning

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or client-facing roles in relevant industries

• Excellent English and Italian required (French is a plus)

• Portfolio of previous clients, partnerships, or relevant case studies

Contract: Full-time

Location: Remote / Frequent travel might be required

Start: September–October 2025
