Business Development Manager – Southern Europe

Remote: Italy or Greece

Full-time

Morpheus is currently partnered with a global leader in Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) and OCR solutions. They are expanding their team in Europe and are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in ALPR, LPR, OCR, or related security/video analytics technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and expand the client base across law enforcement, transportation, parking, and government sectors
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Develop new client relationships, manage proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Implement the company's growth strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities and track activities via CRM
  • Represent the company at events and industry expos

What You Bring:

  • A drive for new business creation
  • Hunting mentality
  • Proven experience in ALPR, OCR, and security systems
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
