Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifying new leads for expansion and developing strategies to grow the business within the FX industry.
• Expanding our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
• Maintaining contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining your own portfolio of clients.
• Following up on queries and providing prompt feedback to clients.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
• Training and support will be provided.

Experience Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management roles is a MUST.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
• Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is required.
