Location: Biella, Italy

Our client is a leading German multinational company, recognized for its prestige and innovation in industrial component manufacturing. They employ thousands across production sites and sales subsidiaries, organized into Business Units. The unit involved in this search has a small branch in Emilia, but operations are mainly managed directly from the headquarters in Germany. They distribute electromechanical components for the Medical, Bedding, Seating, and Office sectors, strictly B2B.

We are seeking a Business Development / Key Account Manager Italy. The candidate will report directly to the Group Managing Director in Germany and will be responsible for consolidating the Italian customer base and developing new business. The role will be primarily based in Italy, with regular travels to the headquarters in northern Germany for strategic meetings and technical updates, including participation in international sector trade fairs.

Requirements include knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, industrial scouting in B2B, passion for social relations, strong technical learning skills, and a good command of English. Knowledge of French is also of interest. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals capable of managing key markets with few clients and interesting business opportunities, able to work independently within structured international organizations.
