A leading proptech start-up in Italy is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist for managing properties in France. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This full-time internship offers the chance to grow with the company and take on management roles in the near future.

Responsibilities
  • Expansion and management of properties in France;
  • Acquisition of important property management companies in France, potentially interested in promoting their properties on Spacest.com: from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
  • Daily management of relations with French Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.;
  • Business Development activities.
What is required
  • Fluent French language;
  • Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
  • Organisational and management skills;
  • Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred.
