Brand Partnerships Executive – UK / Europe

Start Date / ASAP

Role & Location / Remote full-time position to EU, UK & Australian applicants.

Renumeration / Base Contract Fee + Commission.

Reports to / Director of Partnerships

Overview / We’re seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to acquire and retain exceptional brand partners for The Lane. In this role, you’ll identify aligned brands, create compelling partnership opportunities across The Lane Magazine and Creative Agency, and drive key financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Build and maintain a lead list of creative, aligned brands and services that reflect The Lane’s aesthetic and values
  • Propose bespoke partnership solutions tailored to each client across The Lane’s platforms
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships and ensure client retention
  • Prepare and attend partnership meetings and presentations
  • Produce and analyse regular sales reports (monthly, quarterly, and as required)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in business development, advertising / media sales, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle publication, or creative agency

  • Proven experience working with both boutique and luxury brands
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Asana

  • Passionate about fashion, travel, art, interiors, and design and strong knowledge of key brands in these industries.

  • Highly strategic, with the ability to analyse, forecast, and take initiative to drive performance.
  • Exceptional time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and proactive, with the willingness to work outside standard hours if required.
  • Well-presented, with a style and presence aligned to The Lane’s brand.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
