Une entreprise en pleine croissance dans le secteur du Retail recherche un Directeur du Développement Commercial motivé. Votre rôle consistera à identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires, développer des stratégies de vente et superviser des projets marketing. Competenze

Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Retex’s clientele by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.

The Role You Will Play :

  1. Strategic Vision : As a Business Development Director, you will spearhead Retex’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities from potential clients. Your strategic insights will position Retex as a key partner in marketing and communication, fostering opportunities across our offerings.
  2. Industry Expertise : By analyzing specific industries and attracting relevant prospects, you will conduct research, monitoring, and audits in collaboration with relevant directors. Your expertise will ensure Retex remains at the forefront of industry trends, delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Client-Centric Approach : You will promote our products and services by addressing or anticipating clients’ objectives, developing value propositions based on their needs through a consultative, systemic, and multidisciplinary approach. Building rapport and collaborating effectively will be key to your success.
  4. Sales Excellence : Developing sales strategies for prospects, you will identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling related to new services/products. Your negotiation skills and commercial awareness will drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  5. Project Management : You will oversee the management and coordination of marketing and communication projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. This includes participating in RFPs and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements

While you may not have all the listed qualifications, we believe you would excel in this role with these characteristics:

  1. Educational and Professional Mastery : At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Development Manager or Sales Executive, preferably with a background in Marketing & Communications. Experience with clients in sectors like Consumer & Hard Goods, Health & Pharma, Telco & Utilities, Travel & Services is a plus.
  2. Technical Fluency : Proven success in sales and business development, with the ability to drive client growth. Your ability to manage the sales process from start to finish will be essential.
  3. Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Italian and English (at least B2) will enable effective collaboration internally and externally.
  4. Initiative and Organization : Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others. Your proactive attitude and motivation will help you thrive in our dynamic environment.
