Une entreprise innovante dans le domaine des technologies de retail recherche un Directeur du Développement Commercial pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de piloter la croissance de l'entreprise en identifiant des opportunités clients et en établissant des relations solides. Le candidat idéal justifie d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, ayant une maîtrise du marketing et des compétences en négociation, tout en étant bilingue en italien et en anglais.

Competenze

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial ou vente.
• Expérience dans les secteurs de consommation ou pharmacie valorisée.
• Bilingue Italien et Anglais (Niveau B2 minimum).

Position

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to work with our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Retex’s clientele by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating and closing business deals.

The Role You Will Play :

• Strategic Vision : As a Business Development Director, you will be the driving force behind Retex’s growth, identifying and securing new business opportunities from potential clients. Your strategic insights will position Retex as a key partner in marketing and communication, fostering business opportunities across our entire offering.
• Industry Expertise : By analyzing specific industries and attracting relevant prospects, you will create research, monitoring, and audits in coordination with relevant directors. Your expertise will ensure that Retex remains at the forefront of industry trends, delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Client-Centric Approach : You will promote our products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives, developing value propositions based on their needs using a consultative, systemic, and multidisciplinary approach. Your ability to build rapport and collaborate with others will be key to your success.
• Sales Excellence : Developing sales strategies for prospects, you will identify new opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling in relation to new services / products offered. Your exceptional negotiation skills and keen sense of commercial awareness will drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Project Management : You will oversee the management and coordination of marketing and communication projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. This includes participating in RFPs and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

You may not have all of these, but we believe you would excel in this role with these characteristics!

• Educational and Professional Mastery : At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role, preferably with a background in Marketing & Communications. Experience with clients in sectors such as Consumer & Hard Goods, Health & Pharma, Telco & Utilities, Travel & Services would be a plus.
• Technical Fluency : Proven track record of successful sales and business development, with a focus on client growth. Your ability to drive the sales process from plan to close will be essential.
• Interpersonal Savvy : Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a keen sense of commercial awareness. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Italian and English (at least B2), will enable you to collaborate effectively within the company and externally.
• Initiative and Organization : Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Your proactive approach and motivation for achieving results will help you thrive in our dynamic environment.
